Letter from British Army Photographers

It's not often I'm stuck for words but receiving this letter today from the British Army Photographic Unit has completely bowled me over.

To do anything for our Armed Forces is an honour and privilege but to read this leaves me feeling an incredible sense of pride.

Wouldn't normally say something like that but to be invited in as a Guest Speaker for the Unit and to also be invited to the Regimental Dinner is something I'll never forget.

Meeting members of the Unit again when out in Normandy just over a week ago was simply brilliant.

Don't know if this makes sense, but for me, this feels like a way that I can give back and say 'thank you'

This will now be framed and take pride of place on my office wall.
