Victor Urch Interview

A few days ago I headed back to Gloucestershire visiting the wonderful Victor Urch to deliver his portrait and record a short interview. A lovely afternoon with the nicest of people: Victor, his daughter Kath and her husband Allan.

Kath had made cake...not just one...two! A Victoria Sponge that was so light and fluffy it was like eating flavoured air, and a deelish Fruit Cake, and yes...I had slices of both (extra long workout tonight awaits).

Victor also gave me some pickings from his garden: the biggest marrow I've ever seen plus runner beans and a cucumber :)
